Overview

The NovoJet™ Printhead is Quantica's answer to inkjet's material ceiling. It reliably handles fluids with viscosities up to 250 mPa·s, including functional materials with conductivity, flexibility, and other engineered properties that conventional printheads cannot jet.

At its core is a novel tri-morph PZT piezo ceramic bender. The configuration produces large volumetric fluid displacement per actuation, enabling consistent ejection of demanding inks. Chamber and fluid-path geometry are tuned for rapid refill — eliminating starvation under continuous use.

The printhead is designed to integrate into industrial production. Advanced material management and modular control let the NovoJet™ scale from R&D to high-throughput manufacturing without redesigning the deposition stage.
